This Privacy Policy explains how Total Cash Home Buyers, LLC (“Total Cash Home Buyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or use our investor portal at portal.totalchb.com and any related forms, pages, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Site.
Information you provide
- Contact and identity details: name, email address, and phone/mobile number.
- Access credentials: property data access keys and one-time verification codes (OTPs) used to log in.
- Transaction details: property of interest, requested showing times, offer amounts, and related messages you send us.
- Communications: the content of forms you submit and any correspondence with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
- Consent records: the date, time, and version of any consent you give (including text-message opt-in), which we retain as proof of consent.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify your identity and provide secure access to property data on the Site (including sending one-time login codes).
- Deliver property data access keys and respond to your requests.
- Schedule and confirm property showings and manage appointments.
- Process, evaluate, and respond to offers you submit.
- Send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing text messages and emails.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your mobile number and check the applicable consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Total Cash Home Buyers, LLC. We offer two separate, optional programs:
- Transactional (non-marketing) messages — for example, login/verification codes, property data access keys, showing scheduling and reminders, and offer status updates.
- Marketing messages — for example, special offers, discounts, new property listings, and service updates.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may also revoke consent through any other reasonable method, including by emailing info@totalchb.com or calling (888) 988-9150. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message and will stop sending the applicable messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of buying any property or using the Site. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data-sharing categories described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will only share mobile opt-in data with service providers strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our messaging platform), and never for their own marketing.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Site and for legitimate business and legal purposes. We retain records of text-message consent and opt-out requests for at least five (5) years to comply with applicable regulations.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or other reasonable means.
